Who's at high risk from coronavirus

Coronavirus can make anyone seriously ill, but there are some people who are at a higher risk.
For example, you may be at high risk from coronavirus if you:
  • have had an organ transplant
  • are having certain types of cancer treatment
  • have blood or bone marrow cancer, such as leukaemia
  • have a severe lung condition, such as cystic fibrosis or severe asthma
  • have a condition that makes you much more likely to get infections
  • are taking medicine that weakens your immune system
  • are pregnant and have a serious heart condition

Information:
If you're at high risk, you will be contacted by the NHS by Sunday 29 March 2020. Do not contact your GP or healthcare team at this stage – wait to be contacted.

Looking after your health and wellbeing

To help yourself stay well while you're at home:
  • stay in touch with family and friends over the phone or on social media
  • try to keep yourself busy – you could try activities like cooking, reading, online learning and watching films
  • do light exercise at home, or outside once a day

corona virus. How to stop infection spreading

There are things you can do to help reduce the risk of you and anyone you live with getting ill with coronavirus.

Do

  • wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
  • use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
  • wash your hands as soon as you get back home
  • cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards

Stay at home to stop coronavirus spreading

Everyone must stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
You should only leave the house for 1 of 4 reasons:
  • shopping for basic necessities, for example food and medicine, which must be as infrequent as possible
  • one form of exercise a day, for example a run, walk, or cycle – alone or with members of your household
  • any medical need, or to provide care or to help a vulnerable person
  • travelling to and from work, but only where this absolutely cannot be done from home

Coleen Rooney 's pals say she's poised for a legal battle against Rebekah Vardy and that she has "bulletproof evidence" to prove she's right.

Coleen Rooney 's pals say she's poised for a legal battle against Rebekah Vardy and that she has "bulletproof evidence" to prove she's right.

The WAGs have been embroiled in a furious row after Coleen accused Rebekah of leaking stories about her to the press.

After suspecting Jamie Vardy's wife, Coleen, who is married to Wayne Rooney, says she leaked a series of fake stories that only Rebekah's account could see on Instagram to test whether or not they'd make it to the press.

And when they did, she revealed her detective work - that saw her nicknamed Wagatha Christie - in an epic statement that went viral on social media.

After pregnant Rebekah was pictured in tears as she landed back in the UK after cutting her Dubai holiday short, people in Coleen's circle say she's poised for a showdown.
A friend of the star told the Mail on Sunday : "Coleen’s view is, 'Bring it on'. She has got the evidence – it’s all there.
"Coleen’s evidence is bulletproof and she stands by it all. If Rebekah wants to sue, she’s welcome to.
"Coleen will fight her and the proof is there. If it’s in court, it’s not ideal but Coleen will follow it through."
Last night, Rebekah, who said she was "disgusted" she even had to deny leaking the stories, was seen looking distraught as she arrived back in the UK.
And as she touched down at Heathrow Airport, it was clear she was upset.
She wiped tears from her eyes and she walked hand-in-hand with Jamie out of the airport.

Tyson Fury was held back by security after jumping the barricade at the WWE Smackdown event.

The Wythenshawe boxer was restrained by more than eight security guards in an angry skirmish at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, prompting talk that he could be planning a move to WWE wrestling.

Fury, also known as the 'Gypsy King', appeared to try and get in the ring with American wrestler Braun Strowman.

The drama began when Strowman pretended to square up to the former world heavyweight champion, who was sitting in the front row.

Then it turned nasty when Strowman threw his opponent Dolph Ziggler into Fury, knocking him off his seat.

50 Cent takes feud to another level and buys 200 front row Ja Rule tickets so seats would be empty

50 Cent has always been the kind to put a lot of effort into trolling his celebrity peers. But the rapper, who we have politely dubbed the King of Petty, has taken his feud with Ja Rule to whole other level by purchasing a bunch of front row seats for his concert so that they would be empty. ‘People think I’m mean so go see this. $15 bucks wait what I do now LOL,’ he wrote as an Instagram caption alongside a photo of the tickets being sold on Groupon.

The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ rapper carried on poking fun at the fellow rapper when he claimed to have bought 200 seats to Ja’s show which is set to be held on 9 November, in Arlington Texas. Commenting under the post, he said: ‘I just bought 200 seats in the front so they can be empty. LOL.’ The former Power actor could most likely make a living out of this as he posted a Photoshopped image of himself sitting on his lonesome at an event surrounded by a bunch of empty front row seats.
