Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby WILL appear on family reality show, says E! president
Keeping Up With The Kardashians boss Suzanne Kolb said the show will 'share the joy' of Kim and Kanye's new baby
Kanye has started appearing on Kim's reality show - despite claiming that he didn't want to be a part of itDespite (boring) rumours that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will keep their baby
away from the cameras, the big boss (metaphorically, not physically.
Well, maybe physically, we haven't seen her) of Keeping Up With The
Kardashians says the child WILL be on the family show.
Suzanne
Kolb, the president of US network E!, released a statement confirming
that the showbiz couple will be "sharing the joy" of their famous little
child.
She told the Hollywood Reporter: "Like so many
Kardashian fans, we love it when this close-knit family gets even bigger.
"We
look forward to sharing the joy as they prepare for more diapers, more bottle
and without a doubt, more fabulous baby wear.""
This pleases us very much indeed. And while we can't imagine that Kim - who is already finding pregnancy tough - will allow the cameras into the actual birth like sister Kourtney (we'll never forget the moment she pulled Mason out herself
), we can't wait to see the A-list child in the cute little clothes that cost more than our house.
And now that we know for sure that Kayne's spawn will feature on the
telly, we can't help but think that this verse in his song New Day is
more than a tad hypocritical..
It goes a little something like this: Cue beatbox!
"And I’ll never let my son have an ego
He’ll be nice to everyone, wherever we go
I mean, I might even make 'em be Republican
So everybody know he love white people
And I’ll never let 'em leave his college girlfriend
And get caught up with the groupies in the whirlwind
And I’ll never let 'em ever hit the telethon
I mean even if people dyin’ and the world ends
See, I just want him to have an easy life, not like Yeezy life
Just want him to be someone people like
Don’t want him to be hated, all the time judged
Don’t be like your daddy that would never budge
And I’ll never let ‘im ever hit a strip club
I learned the hard way, that ain’t the place to get love
And I’ll never let his mom move to L.A.
Knowin' she couldn’t take the pressure, now we all pray."
Hmm. If Kanye is worried about egos, LA and being judged - bringing
his child up on the biggest reality show in the world probably isn't
going to help matters. On the other hand, if he wants his child to have
an easy life, then reality TV is the best way forward.
It also sounds like Kanye is pretty keen on having a son, so, er, fingers crossed for that one.
