Brooke, whose struggles with substance abuse issues have resulted in 21 visits to rehab, was thought to be keen on moving out of California with the two boys, a move Sheen reportedly opposed.
She has since remained within a 50-mile radius of the former Two And A Half Men star’s sprawling Los Angeles property.

Seven months ago, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services granted Brooke custody of her five-year-old twin sons Bob and Max.
Back in May 2013, Mueller's boys were given to Sheen's second ex-wife Denise Richards while Brooke was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold at UCLA Medical Center, following a drug overdose.
Brooke's legal woes didn't stop there as a former personal assistant filed a lawsuit last August for unpaid overtime, claiming she forced him to act as 'a drug mule.'
According to Radar Online, Lior Masaphor - who was 17 at the time - alleged he was forced to watch Mueller engage 'in multiple sex acts' and get 'so high as to be literally wasted.'
It's unclear whether Masaphor has of yet received his unspecified damages, a jury trial, and attorney’s fees.
Meanwhile Charlie will finally conclude his role as Charlie Goodson on FX sitcom Anger Management on December 15, marking the 100th episode.

Another woman has sued Bill Cosby for sexual battery, and she claims to have been a minor at the time of the incident.

Another woman has sued Bill Cosby for sexual battery, and she claims to have been a minor at the time of the incident.

Judith Huth filed the suit on Tuesday in Los Angeles, and in it she alleges that she was molested by the comedian when she was just 15 years old. Huth claims she and a friend met Cosby for drinks at his tennis club after meeting him on a film set. After several drinks, she claims Cosby took her to the Playboy Mansion and forced her to perform a sex act with him.

Huth claims that she suffered severe emotional distress afterwards, though she only realized the impact it had on her within the last three years, thus allowing her to file the lawsuit under California law. She is seeking unspecified damages.

After a class action civil rape lawsuit against Cosby was settled in 2005, but in the last month over a dozen women have come forward (including several victims from the suit) and spoken to the media. Barbara Bowman, who appeared as a witness in the civil case, wrote an op-ed piece in the Washington Post last month about her ordeal, and then former supermodel Janice Dickinson appeared onEntertainment Tonight and dropped the bombshell that Cosby had drugged and raped her.

But despite all these women's statements, Cosby insists that he's innocent. His attorney, Marty Singer, told CNN on November 21, "The new, never-before-heard claims from women who have come forward in the past two weeks with unsubstantiated, fantastical stories about things they say occurred 30, 40, or even 50 years ago have escalated far past the point of absurdity."

For the record, when we polled our X17 readers last week, a whopping 78% of you think he's guilty...
