And You Thought the Oscar Show Was Bad? Guess What Happened Backstage…

The Oscars were bad. (Or so we've read). James Franco and Anne Hathaway were terrible. (Ditto.) The backstage scene was...Well, it was weird.
Melissa Leo thanked Kirk Douglas for draaaaaagging out the suspense. Christian Bale sorta referenced his Terminator rant in a show of compassion for the F-bomb droppers of the world (like Leo). And a question about nothing more momentous than Natalie Portman's Oscar gown got worse reviews than the show. (Or maybe not.)
Here's what went down behind the scenes at the 83rd Annual Academy Awards:
5:45 p.m.: We can read lips probably about as well as you, so we make out some of what Leo says during her Best Supporting Actress acceptance speech (rhymes with "muck" or "tucking"), but we don't hear the unedited R-rated version: The audio on our TV feed was dropped out just the same as yours at home.
• When Leo arrives back here, our own Ted Casablanca is the first to congratulate her for dropping the F-bomb. Leo is not quite chagrined, but definitely not proud of the moment. "I had no idea," she says. "I apologize to anyone that they offend.…Probably a very inappropriate place to use that particular word in particular."
• The F-bomb's on Leo, but the show's run time is partly on Douglas, who wasn't the swiftest of presenters. Did Leo appreciate Douglas taking his own sweet ninetysomething time to announce her category? Surprisingly, we think, she did. "He's an old actor, [and] he was doing us this huge favor," she says. "The longer he strung it out, the calmer I got to be…He strung it out in a rather delightful way for me."
• What was that thing Robert Stromberg, the art-direction winner from Alice in Wonderland, put on top of his Oscar during his acceptance speech? "A little mad-hatter's hat," he tells us, then asks, "Could you not see it?" (Um, no, not really, although it shows up much better in person—and yes, his Oscar was still wearing its Lewis Carroll chapeau back here.)
• Wally Pfister, the cinematography winner for Inception, is doing his press conference when Oscar cohost Franco's Marilyn Monroe number comes on the TV, and it stops him cold: "James Franco's in drag right now? Wow? Gutsy."
• One point if you guessed Pfister was making a statement by thanking his "union" crew on the telecast. "I think what's going on in Wisconsin right now is madness," he says.

7 p.m. PT: Best Supporting Actor Bale isn't judging Leo, his Fighter mom, for dropping the F-bomb. You can almost hear his own infamous F-bombs detonating here as he sheepishly scratches his head, and admits, "I've laid down many of them myself. I've laid down many of them myself before, so I think I know what it was about."
• A reporter, apparently unfamiliar with the upcoming The Dark Knight Rises, asks Bale if his new status as an Oscar winner means "no more Batman." Bale assures him that after his current film wraps, he's "straight into Batman—so much more Batman."
• By the by, when Leo was searching for Bale during her acceptance speech, Bale was just outside the theater, having been locked out until the commercial break. "I was literally banging on the doors, saying, 'Let me in,' " he says.
• The official Oscar transcript of Leo's acceptance speech has arrived—and, like the broadcast, it's been sanitized for our protection. Here's how Leo's speech looks on paper, per the Academy:  "When I watched Kate two years ago, it looked so [EXPLETIVE DELETED]." That is f---in' messed up.
• Boy, Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg must be ticked that The Social Network is having a good night, huh? Aaron Sorkin isn't be so sure. "I think he's been an extremely good sport," the Adapted Screenplay winner says.
8 p.m.:  "Won directing? Urgh."—Kirk Baxter, one of The Social Network's Oscar-winning editors, reacting to Tom Hooper's win for The King's Speech.
• Funnily enough, although not for Team Social Network, just minutes before Hooper's win seemed to seal the deal for the opposition, we asked Baxter and his coeditor if, given all his movie's wins, he thought a Best Picture upset was in the offing. ("Who knows?" Baxter shrugged.)
• It's not just your TV at home. "She has got to stop saying, 'Whoo!" groans a reporter who's had it with Hathaway's hosting, um, technique.
• Randy Newman is like his songs: brutally honest. So, for a change, it's not at all weird when the tunesmith says he "didn't totally expect" his Toy Story 3 win. (For the record, we totally celebrate the refreshing use of the word "totally.")
• If you can't believe Newman won for "We Belong Together," but lost for, say, his score for The Natural, then you're not alone. Says Newman even as he's holding his new shiny prize: "This isn't the most consequential thing I've done for a movie."
• There's buzz the very pregnant Portman won't make it back here, but she does, cradling her Best Actress statuette beneath her baby bump.
• Portman gets about as many baby questions as she does Black Swan questions. So, for the record, she's not naming the kid Oscar ("I think that's probably definitely out of the question."), she's not giving us any gender scoop ("I do not know the sex of my child."), and her kid, surprise of surprises, dug the show—well, part of it: "The baby was definitely kicking during the song portion of the show."
• Why wasn't Portman, the "face of Dior," wearing a Dior gown tonight? We don't know the answer to that one (exactly) because the Oscar police shut down the question, letting the at-a-loss-for-words Portman off the hook.
• The Dior question was a two-parter, also seeking Portman's opinion on suspended Dior designer John Galliano. (And, yeah, the controversy is why Portman didn't wear Dior tonight. Or so we guess.)
• His Best Actor win represents the end of awards season for Colin Firth—partly why, we surmise, he got choked up (for him) during his acceptance speech. "I've started having fantasies about when I don't have to talk to your lot," he admits.
• Yes, Firth played a king, but, no, The King's Speech star is not on Prince William's wedding guest list. "Mine most definitely is lost in the post," he says of the invite that never came.
• On a night of F-bombs, it's worth pointing out Firth is not behind the upcoming F-bomb-free version of The King's Speech. "I don't support it because I think the film has its integrity as it stands," he says. 

• A weird night ends on a weird note: "When Tom Hooper won the directing award that increased our nerves," Best Picture-winning King's Speech producer Emile Sherman says, "because it was looking more likely."
Yeah, sure, there's nothing like success to make you nervous.
And if that's the case then Franco and Hathaway are no doubt resting peacefully tonight.

Charlie Sheen: I'm a Role Model!

Television viewers awoke to two things this morning:

1. The absolute trashing of James Franco as Oscars host.
2. The appearance of Charlie Sheen on a pair of networks, blasting CBS, smoking and ducked questions about his drug connections.

First, Sheen gave an interview to The Today Show. In light of his status as a father of five, Sheen was asked whether he was ashamed of his behavior.
"God, no," the actor replied. "Talk about an education!"
Should fans worry about Sheen's health? No. He possesses "tiger blood" and "Adonis blood" and: "I've always had a plan and executed it perfectly. Sometimes I overshoot the mark, whatever."
What about his rants against Chuck Lorre?
"My passion is misinterpreted as anger... I don't think people are ready for the message I'm delivering and delivering with a sense of violent love... If people think I'm insane or if they don't think what I'm saying is true, I have no interest in their retarded opinions. I'm going to live my life the way I want and I'm going to win every moment!"
Meanwhile, Good Morning America also aired snippets of the Sheen interview that will air in its entirety tomorrow night on 20/20.
Confirmed as joking around with Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly between takes, Sheen hilariously smoked throughout and claimed he wasn't a violent man... unless someone threatens his family. Are there drugs in his house? Has he severed ties with all his drug connections?
Sheen pretty much ducked these inquiries, even coming out and admitting: I think you know the answer to that question...

We've seen them hold hands before.
And cameras caught them on a movie date in early February.
But Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez put to rest any remaining debate over their status by showing up together on Hollywood's biggest night. The 100% confirmed, official, adorable couple stopped on the red carpet and posted for pictures at the annual Vanity Fair Oscar party.
Turn away now, ladies, if you don't wanna see your dream man wrapping his arms around another woman. Both dressed in Dolce & Gabbana, you must admit: Justin and Selena look happy, don't they?

Anne Hathaway and James Franco: Funny or A Failure?

About an hour into the 2011 Academy Awards telecast, co-host James Franco walked on to the stage in a dress.
To viewers, this was likely seen as either an act of desperation or hilarity, as he also tossed in a joke about Charlie Sheen, turning to Anne Hathaway and quipping: ”You got to wear a tuxedo so I wore this. The weird thing is I just got a text message from Charlie Sheen.”
Cue... laughter? Or eye rolling?

Good Call: Michael Lohan Jr. to Change Name

Michael Lohan Jr., brother of Lindsay, is changing his name.
It takes approximately two seconds to figure out why.
Younger MiLo has decided he's had enough of the moniker that links his him to his infamous dad (and also is jailbird sister), so he's changing his name, and soon.

Michael Lohan, Jr., 23, is a year younger than Lindsay.

He feels the name "Michael Lohan Jr." is holding him back, and has thought about this for awhile. A TMZ segment on him actually served as the last straw.
The Artist Soon To Be Not Known As MiLo Jr. will be changing his name to Michael Cameron. That's not actually his middle name, which would make sense.
His middle name is Douglas, however, so that wouldn't fly. No idea where he got Cameron, but clearly, it's not a bad idea to ditch any Lohan association.

The pair were reportedly text flirting for months before the do at LA's London Hotel.

'First, he had his arm around her and they were very touchy-feely.
'After a few minutes he felt more confident and touched her bum.
'She absolutely loved it.
'Then waiter brought them some ice cream canapes and they turned it into something sexual.
'He was licking the ice cream seductively and they started giggling and hugging
'Katie didn't care about anyone other than Amir.'

Katie also Tweeted, deeming the reports 'fake'.

Lindsay Lohan to Front Explicit Photographic Book?

LINDSAY Lohan has signed a $5 million deal to front an explicit photographic book.
The actress — who completed a court-ordered 90-day rehab stint last month and is currently awaiting trial over the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace — is reportedly “struggling” to find work after her recent troubles.
American photographer Terry Richardson has now persuaded the 24-year-old star — alongside her former love interest James Franco — to appear in the publication, which will feature “full frontal nudity” and “graphic” shots.
A”Lindsay is struggling to get another break in Hollywood. There’s a stigma attached to working with her and she is determined to change this — starting with the photographic book,” a source said.
“Terry Richardson has persuaded Lindsay and James to get involved. He has assured them it will be provocative but tasteful. There will be a lot of nakedness — some of it graphic and suggestive — but it will be a real statement book.
“Obviously there will be comparisons to Madonna’s 1992 Sex book. But James and Lindsay believe theirs will be classier.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Mean Girls’ star will also be giving an exclusive tell-all TV interview to talk show host David Letterman in April in the hope of rebuilding her damaged reputation.
“Lindsay wants people to see the real her, not this drunken, out of control caricature she has become,” said the source.
Lindsay is currently on probation for driving under the influence (DUI) in 2007 after spending 14 days of a 90-day jail sentence behind bars in July 2010.

Charlie Sheen: ‘I Choose When to Stay Sober’

The actor was hospitalized last month following a drink and drugs binge at a party, and his continued erratic conduct has recently seen production on his show Two And A Half Men halted, but the TV star says accusations he is an addict are unfounded.
When asked in an interview with RadarOnline if he felt he was addicted to anything, he replied, “No. No, I don’t, because that’s a word and a thing that they tried to stick on me for 22 years.
“I don’t know, I don’t care [what addiction is], I just know it’s not a part of my brain today.”
After passing drug tests, Charlie, was asked why he decided to be clean for the interview, to which he replied, “It’s just a choice I’m making today. Just a choice. I feel better. I got bored with those other things. It was time to do something different and I had this epiphanous moment of, ‘I’m 45 with 5 kids,’ and it was time to explore some different realities. (sic)”
When asked if he will be staying clean for the long term, Charlie added, “I don’t know. We’re not there yet, I’m just right here, right now. Yeah, I have no interest in it.”
Charlie also responded to comments by his father, Apocalypse Now actor Martin Sheen, comparing his battles with alcohol and substance abuse to cancer.
“Jeez, dad — shut it … OK, pop, walk through a cancer ward right now and find any of those motherf***ers who look like me,” he said. “Sounds poetic but it’s rooted in bo*****s”
Charlie had been receiving a home rehab program for drink and drug abuse at his home in Los Angeles. He also claimed last week he had freed himself from the “troll hole” of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).

Cee Lo Green tries to woo Rochelle Wiseman… and fails!

Oh we shouldn’t laugh. But we DO a bit.

According to reports, poor Cee Lo Green took a little shine to Saturdays beauty Rochelle at a recent gig in London, but was less than pleased when he got knocked back when he tried on a little woo.

The star was performing at London club Merah last week and apparently asked Rochelle, who was watching the performance, for her number. Roch' however wasn't having any of it (seeing as she's clearly happy with her man, Marvin Humes) and instead gave Cee Lo her Twitter details instead. Ouch!

Cee Lo made up for his loss though by having some fun with the crowd. The singer ordered 1,000 Skittles to be brought into his rider – and then took them inside to be sprayed into the audience. Well, that’s one way to keep the crowd bouncing off the walls…

Sharon Osbourne wants to join ‘disco queen’ Dannii on The X Factor judging panel

She may have had huge beef with co-judge Dannii Minogue, but Sharon Osbourne still insists she wants to return to The X Factor.

The America’s Got Talent judge said she’ll happily return “home” to take up her old seat on the judging panel “alongside Louis and Dannii”.

“It’s fair to enough to say we didn’t get on for a long time,” she told The Sunday Mirror. But that’s all in the past. Dannii used to be an old Eighties disco queen to me but now she’s blossomed into a true woman and I have respect for her.”

Well Shazza, if there’s one way to get back into Dannii’s good books, it’s probably not by calling her an ‘old Eighties disco queen’ but hey, your intentions were good so we’ll leave it at that.

We think we’d quite like to see feisty Mrs O back on the judging panel, some of her massive strops made up some of the funniest scenes during the old X Factor days. Sadly, despite how much she wants it, it doesn’t seem like Simon Cowell will allow her to return. “Simon doesn’t want me back,” Sharon explained. “He’s definitely keeping Dannii and Louis on the show when he and Cheryl Cole go to the US but he’s not even asked me about returning. I think he’s scared about not being able to control me if he’s away in America.”

Well, for what it’s worth, we think she’s right about that last bit. Sharon Osbourne is, after all, totally uncontrollable. Oh come on Simon, bring her back!

Lady GaGa's new hair: fringe or cringe?

Whilst studying this photo of Lady Gaga, we were pleased to see no giant eggs or meat dresses hanging about in the background. It was only then that we noticed the new hair do’. Now, Gaga tweeted the pic of her newly dyed barnet this morning which, as you can see, involves a very bluntly cut black fringe. Luckily, this diverts our eyes from another debatable style choice, the double denim look. We think she seems to pull it off, but what do you think of the hair?

Juvenile -- birth name Terius Gray -- was arrested in Louisiana yesterday for possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license ...

Sterlington PD says Juvenile was busted on a simple possession charge and released on $750 bond.

Juvenile's biggest success came with the 1998 album "400 Degreez," which sold over 4,000,000 copies.

Christina Aguilera has supposedly been treading a fine line with her friends of late and if the latest reports on her antics are to be believed then she may have just crossed it!

Only four months since her October 2010 divorce from Jordan Bratman, the 30-year-old 'Dirrty' singer has reportedly been getting down and just that, with her new man, 25-year-old Matthew Rutler... in the bathroom at a recent family gathering.

"Her friends are fed up," a source told a US mag adding, "nobody can get through to her. They think she's trashy. And her ego is out of control." Another pal commented that, "She's really spiralling. I would be shocked if she's not in rehab in the next month or two."

Ouch. Seems like a time when Christina Aguilera might just be about to find out who her friends really are, eh? And just when she's found herself a hunky new man, too. Is it really so bad that she can't keep her hands off him?

Chris Brown: I'm Allowed to Go Near Rihanna Now!!!

Award shows just got a little less awkward for Chris Brown and Rihanna ... because a judge just lifted the restraining order prohibiting him from going near her.
Brown appeared in court moments ago in downtown L.A., where a judge replaced Rihanna's restraining order with a level one order -- meaning Chris and Rihanna can have contact as long as he does not harass, annoy, or molest her.

Rihanna was not in court -- but her attorney Donald Etra was ... and told the judge RiRi has no objection to the new order.

Charles Manson's Attorney Asks Obama For Help

Charles Manson's lawyer has just sent a fax to President Obama, asking for mercy.



Giovanni Di Stefano -- known as "The Devil's Advocate" -- says he wants the Prez to set Manson free.

Di Stefano -- who has also repped the likes of Saddam Hussein -- says Manson was nothing more than a cult leader, not a murderer -- Manson didn't do the killing.  Di Stefano says at worst, Manson is guilty of telling his followers to "do something witchy" -- never specifying murder.

Di Stefano complains, "Manson has been made out in America to be the Satan of the criminal justice system. He does not deserve the title."

Kim Kardashian -- I've Been Twitjacked!

Kim Kardashian claims her Twitter account has been hacked by a cunning genius -- who even went so far as to tweet a fake "all clear" message with her account.


Kim says the "hacker" somehow blocked Kim from logging in from her home computer -- though she can still post messages from her cell phone.

So far, the mystery culprit hasn't posted anything malicious ... except for a message asking people to watch "Kourtney and Kim Take New York."

When you've seen a naked pair of celebrity breasts, is there any need to see pictures of them where they aren't quite on show, but almost? Strangely enough, we once worked at a place that allowed internet breasts but wouldn't allow any access to websites featuring tobacco, knives or firearms. As you can imagine, we became very docile, sweaty and pale.

P Diddy Has A Blanky, Almost cried And Fired Staff When He Lost it

A mole has informed us that ahead of his appearance on the Graham Norton show, P Diddy was surrounded by a vast entourage and a very special blanket, with which he was using to rest. But his attachment to the blanket became startlingly obvious when upon leaving the TV studios, he spat the mother of all mentals when he couldn't find it...

Frantic and hysterical telephone calls were made to the production office and members of his entourage were immediately dispatched back to the studios like some secret undercover operation in search of it.

Apparently people's jobs were on the line if P Diddy's blanky wasn't found and returned safely to him. His petrified driver even told production staff that he would be sacked if Diddy's comforter wasn't eventually found.

Luckily for all of P Diddy's staff, and P Diddy, and his blanky, it was eventually found in his dressing room where it had been all along...

Phew!

Kate who? Ms Moss has to show passport to get past police at London Fashion Week Downing Street reception

She might be one of the most recognisable women in the world - but Kate Moss still had to take her passport to get into the official London Fashion Week reception at Number 10 Downing Street tonight.
The supermodel, 37, whose face quite literally is her fortune, had to brandish her official documents to get past police vetting guests arriving at the do, hosted by Prime Minister's wife Samantha Cameron to celebrate the UK's fashion industry.
Still, it was a sign she has officially been welcomed back into polite society following her drugs shame in 2005, when she was photographed snorting what appeared to be lines of cocaine at the height of her relationship with junkie popstar Pete Doherty.

Duffy has quit music because of YOU

The once-ubiquitous Welsh songstress Duffy is allegedly about to quit the music business. The reason? You didn’t buy her last album. Go hang your head in shame.

The star, whose debut album Rockferry sold about forty billion copies in 2008, is reportedly so distraught at the poor performance of her last record that she’s ready to call it quits altogether. Her recent single Well, Well, Well sold less than 4000 copies in December. To put that in perspective Jedward’s All The Small Things sold almost 9000 copies in one week. And they’re not even proper human beings!

The most interesting thing you can say about Duffy is that she once stole a rowing boat (it’s true, look it up). Her music is about as thrilling as cold, thinly-buttered toast and it sounds like it was created specifically to appear on car adverts.

Could we be anymore jealous of Elisabetta Canalis right now? Not content with bagging one of the hottest and most eligible bachelors around, she has to get up onstage and flash her model body off. Rubbing our faces in it just a bit, love.

Elisabetta was at the 61st Italian Music Festival where she was asked to perform a raunchy dance with a gaggle of very handsome male dancers. The model strutted around the stage in fishnet tights, a very skimpy leotard and studded jacket. She took the jacket off halfway through to give the world a better look at her pert behind.

Justin Bieber treats Selena Gomez to a whole flower shop

16 year old US singer Justin Bieber has gone out of his way to impress girlfriend Selena Gomez by buying out an entire flower shop.

Apparently, Justin phoned the lovely people working at his local florist and said he wanted to fill Selena’s house with flowers.  We’re guessing Selena’s pad isn’t a box bedroom. Probably more like a 8 bedroomed mansion. So it is fair to say Bieber must have paid for a lot of fleurs to fill her place. 

Justin and Selena have been dating for a while now. In the beginning it was kept hush-hush but pics of the love-struck pair soon began emerging.  Though they’ve never admitted to being an item, the evidence is hard to deny.

In January Justin was spotted taking pictures of himself on a shoot. Shirtless, the young singer posed up a storm for mobile phone pics. Who did he send them to? We’re betting Selena.

For his movie premiere at the beginning of February, Selena popped along wearing a purple frock that matched her bloke’s tux perfectly.

ROBERT Pattinson says it looks like he’s “sniffing” Kristen Stewart’s head in publicity photos for new Twilight movie Breaking Dawn.
The hunky British actor, 24, admits the stills — of a sex scene between his character Edward Cullen and Kristen’s Bella Swan — aren’t too good for him.
“If you look at the picture it just looks like I’m sniffing,” he says.

ASHTON Kutcher once bet a high school friend $1,000 he would go on a date with Jennifer Aniston.

The 33-year-old actor — who’s now married to Demi Moore — said he made the bet when he was 17.
Kutcher said he was close to winning the bet when he rose to fame and finally had the chance to meet the 42-year-old Friends star, who was married to Brad Pitt at the time.
“Five years later I actually met her and I asked Brad Pitt’s permission to ask his wife out on a date. He was so cool and said ‘You go for it’ so I asked her and she turned me down,” Ashton said.
“Now we’re friends so it might still happen, but now I have to ask Demi’s permission and I just don’t know how to broach that with the wife … but I do want to win the bet.”
Ashton recently revealed he’s always working at his marriage.

A Susan Boyle biopic is underway, and, if reports are correct, they've picked a surprising actress to play the former Scottish spinster.

Glenn Close, best known for her role as the psycho mistress in 1987's 'Fatal Attraction', has won the part, despite Boyle wanting Scottish actress Elaine Smith to play her in a movie, according to The Sun.

While SuBo is believed to have preferred Rab C Nesbitt's screen wife for the film, it's the veteran actress that has reportedly won the part.

An insider told the newspaper, “The film is full steam ahead now the leading role is sorted. It was always going to be a tricky one to cast. (Her) incredible story is so well-known across the planet that the film is bound to go down a storm.

"Glenn has played some imposing women in the past including Cruella de Vil and Alex Forrest, who boils the pet rabbit in Fatal Attraction. But [Boyle] might just be her biggest role yet."

Cheryl Cole quits X Factor?

It is being reported that Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell have left their judging positions on The X Factor. 

It has been suggested that they are both heading to the US version of the show.

The judging panel will be left down to Louis Walsh and Danni Minogue, giving rise to rumours that the show is getting a revamp on its look.
Reports say that Jordan, Robbie Williams, Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and British singer Adele could be their fill-in judges if they do go.

Beckham facing deposition over prostitute claims

Football superstar David Beckham may have to face a court over allegations he cheated on his wife Victoria with a prostitute - the sex worker has filed legal documents asking lawyers to order him to testify.

On Monday Beckham was dealt a blow as his libel lawsuit over the In Touch article detailing the claims by Irma Nici was dismissed by US District Judge Manuel Real for failing to produce evidence editors published the story with malice.

Now Nici has filed legal documents calling for lawyers to serve the sportsman with a deposition ordering him to appear in court over her allegations, which his representative has previously branded "untrue and ridiculous".
Documents, obtained by the Daily Mirror, reveal Beckham faces calls to be subjected to an "examination before an officer authorized to administer oaths" on 24 February.
Nici's attorney Paul Jensen is expecting Beckham to appeal the deposition, but he's adamant the star will have to go through with it at some point.
He tells the publication, "He may try to delay, reschedule or postpone it - but he can't avoid it."

It was just a couple weeks ago that the twosome were dodging engagement rumors. Now Dianna Agron and Alex Pettyfer have decided to ditch the relationship all together!
A source confirms to Us Magazine that the duo have called it quits, and that 24-year-old Agron moved out of the home she shared with her 20-year-old Brit boy toy last week.

Dina Lohan appeared on Good Morning America today to talk about the troubled star's battle with addiction.
Lindsay was first seen dashing into the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood at 1.45am in search of her on-again off-again girlfriend.
She had driven 15 miles from her home in Venice beach to see Sam, who was DJing at Teddy's nighclub inside.

About 45 minutes later the pair emerged together and both got into Sam's Mercedes for the drive back - abandoning Lindsay's rented Porsche at the hotel.
Of course, the pair now neighbours after Lindsay moved next door to Sam following a stint a stint in rehab earlier this year.
But Lindsay has hit back at reports that she was partying at Teddys and said she was only there for a short while.

More police drama for Katie Price as 'transvestite' teen arrested after gaining access to her home

The glamour model is involved in yet another police drama after a month near-constant headlines.
It emerged today that Katie, 32, was left shaken after a teenager was able to gain access to her Surrey estate earlier this month.

The spokesperson added: 'The owner of the house was not home at the time of the incident, and there were no injuries and nothing was stolen. When the individual was asked to leave the property he did so.'

Katie was then ushered back into the theatre through the swelling crowd to await police and the youngster was taken away in an ambulance to seek medical attention.

It was launched after the youngster sustained a substantial burn during a holiday in Switzerland with her mother and grandmother last month.
Katie, also known as Jordan, released a statement saying:'I am naturally delighted that the police have concluded their investigation into the minor burn that Princess sustained while she was in Klosters.
'The police have informed me that, having looked into this, that they are satisfied that the account provided of how the injury was sustained and the nature of that injury was accurate.
'It follows that they consider there are no child protection issues.
I am so relieved at the police findings - even though I knew that Princess had received no injury that warranted anything more than the most basic of treatment and that this injury was sustained in a fluke accident, having the police investigate and seeing headlines about child abuse and my ex-husband being "horrified" at what he called a bad burn have caused terrific strain

Where the heck were the A-listers?
That's was the buzz from the organizers of New York's Fashion Week, which wrapped Thursday night. Although celebs showed, and plenty of 'em, they were mostly reality TV stars. And although we did see some big names in music pop up all week, the New York and New Jersey Housewives seemed to rule the tents alongside them.
"It was all Housewives all week, this year didn't really have any huge big name draws," one staffer groused to E! News. "It's all reality shows now. Matthew McConaughey was the only A-Lister who came to see his girlfriend walk the in Red Dress show. And you had your actresses, but where's the Charlize Therons? Or the Julianne Moores? Now it's Alex [McCord] from Housewives."
So, including McCord, who were the five biggest fixtures in the Fall 2011 Fashion Week? We give them to you here...

1. Vanessa Hudgens:  The newly single actress was spotted at Diesel, Marc Jacobs and the Jeremy Scott show where she told us about her style and laughed off questions about Zac Efron. The cutie popped up all over town, running from the tents to offsite shows, and in betweem even found time to get some new ink. She made her way down to the East Village, where she got a butterfly tattoo on her neck in the middle of her hectic schedule.

 

2. Kanye West: Causing chaos wherever he went, the rapper dissed the Grammys in favor of Fashion Week. First it was the Tory Burch presentation at the Lincoln Center tents, where Kanye caused such a stir, fans had to be told to not crowd him with their cameras. Then he hit the Jeremy Scott show, where he rolled 12 deep with bodyguards. Uncalled for, really. Then he managed to cause a near stampede outside the Modrian with his presence at the his V magazine cover party in SoHo, where his face was printed on the invites and money was spit into the air in a "Make It Rain machine." He also attended Alexander Wang's Belvedere Vodka party and caught a performance by Lauryn Hill. You'd think he was a castmember of Real Housewives of New York City. Speaking of...

 

3. The Real Housewives of New York/New Jersey: Yes, we're lumping them all in one group. From Alex and her oddly dressed hubby, Simon McCord, at Cyntha Steffe telling us this season of the show is insane to Jill Zarin sitting front row at Betsey Johnson, they infested the tent like reality bedbugs.
Zarin chatted her way through Johnson's show, telling E! News she loves new castmember Cindy Barshop and plugging her new line of shapewear called Skweez. Zarin even marched in the Zang Toi show, saying she was a nervous wreck. Caroline Manzo hit the Tracy Reese production, where she also plugged the upcoming season of the show, telling us there are plenty of fights that go down. And the godfather of it all, Bravo honcho and Watch What Happens host Andy Cohen sat front row at Diane Von Fürsetnberg laughing at it all and telling us the buzzword for this year is "Keep your hands off, Andy!"

 

4. Fergie: The singer looked smokin' hot all week, first sitting at DVF in a green coat and colorful scarf, where she eyed a red sequined number and smiled as it went town the runway. She caused such a stir with her entrance extra security was called in to stand near her while she sat front row. She was then hustled backstage in the blink of an eye. But not before she told us she loved the "blues and greens" and Diane herself. The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman also hit the Marc Jacobs show in a short red number by the designer, and brought gorgeous hubby Josh Duhamel along as the best accessory.

 

5. Gabrielle Union: The pretty actress had amazing attendance this Fashion Week, showing her face all over the tents. She hit the Christian Siriano show looking beautiful in an aqua printed dress, then she was spotted at Carolina Herrera in a bright yellow number, then over to Nicole Miller in a one shouldered jumpsuit (and great, flowing hair). She also popped a squat next to Julia Stiles at the Tracy Reese show, where the two gossiped ad chatted throughout. We almost put Stiles on here, but Union had her beat by a few shows. We'll call her a runner-up.
