Miley showed up to the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas in a white mesh mini dress with her skimpy knickers on display, but it was her nipples – hidden behind what looks like rubber molded covers – that got the most attention.
While Miley looked really happy with her outfit, but it’s bound to get all those Miley haters out there in a bit of a tizz.

While the likes of Cher and Pink have blasted the young star’s new look, with Pink even calling Miley tacky.
“Am I into it? No, I think it's tacky,” admitted the So What singer. “She's really freaking talented. She's beautiful. She can sing her arse off and to go up there and do that?
“She's cheating herself and she's cheating the rest of us… She can do what she wants. People can like it if they want. I'm not going to buy it. She can do better. I've seen her do better.”
