Emma Watson is so un-materialistic she only has eight pairs of shoes

In her new movie The Bling Ring, Emma Watson steals from Paris Hilton. But unlike the socialite, Emma doesn’t have a huge wardrobe packed full of designer goodies.
While talking about getting a look inside Paris’ actual closet – which appears in the film – the down-to-earth actress has admitted that she has less than ten pairs of shoes,
"It's almost like consumerism as a form of kleptomania. I've got about eight pairs of shoes and that's it,” Emma tells Radio Times.
"But it's easy for me to sound like a total hypocrite because, of course, I'm dressed in designer clothes right now.
"She could never wear all of those clothes and half of them were brand new and still had the price tag on. But I suppose she just bought them to have them.
“We've all bought things on impulse, but that's an entirely different thing,” she says of Paris’ extensive collection of clothes.
Maybe shoes aren’t Emma’s thing - did anyone ask her how many handbags she owns? We joke.

As well as confessing to owning a very un-celeby eight pairs of shoes, Emma also hinted at not being entirely happy with being labeled as a celebrity.
“There's a whole new definition to celebrity now. And I think that's why you see a lot of actors blanching at being associated with that word ‘celebrity’ because it's become something that isn't really associated with having a craft.”
