Geri Halliwell is judged a flop

She lacks the special
'X Factor chemistry'

GERI Halliwell has blown her chances of a full-time X Factor job — as bosses do not think she has chemistry with the other three judges.

Producers were not impressed by her guest stint in Liverpool last week and an insider said it was “highly unlikely” that she will replace Kelly Rowland full-time.
The source explained: “Geri had a lot of energy and tried her hardest to make an impression.
“But you need chemistry with the other judges in spades if you are going to join the panel full time.”
Regular judges Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos would all like Sharon Osbourne back.
But bosses are focusing on other stars standing in as the guest fourth judge.
Rita Ora, 21 — whose debut solo single R.I.P. topped the charts this month — impressed the producers in London yesterday.
Audience members said she seemed awkward and nervous at times.
But she bonded instantly with Tulisa, who said: “She’s great for the panel. Despite just breaking into the commercial scene, she’s been in the industry for years and knows what she is talking about.”

Rita will return to auditions this morning before Leona Lewis steps in as guest judge in the afternoon.
