THE Voice mentor Will.i.am has already started working with axed contestant Jaz Ellington.
The soul singer was booted off the show on Sunday in a shock result which also saw Ruth Brown exit the competition.
Will tweeted yesterday afternoon: “I went to sleep at 8am woke up at 1pm to work with @jazellington & his youth choir..?#teamwill ?#notimetowaste.”
He also posted a snap of Jaz and the choir.
But some fans were surprised to see that he was working with an axed contestant rather than the artist who is still on his team – Tyler James.
One user wrote: “@iamwill why aren’t u working with @TylerJames777???”
On Sunday night Will tweeted Jaz: “This is just the beginning for our work together in the near future... Let’s take this to outer space :) #thevoiceUK.”
And he also wrote a message to Tyler: “#thevoiceUK @TylerJames777 – let’s show the world how lucky the UK is to have a superstar like you... ”
