Along with 'Gaga wears leggings and a t shirt', there is a headline we never thought we would see. Yes,Lady Gaga wears some crazy garb from time to time, nothing new to report there. So much so that we thought little could shock us anymore, especially after her eggcellent Grammys outfit.
But today Lady Gaga managed to shock us a little bit once more, this time dressing up as a human condom, her words not ours, in a head to toe flesh coloured latex onesie.
While the look may not instantly strike you as Johnny-chic , Gaga confirmed that her outfit was rubber inspired in a bid to promote AIDS awareness.:
"Today was a latex condom inspired outfit because we had to talk about safe sex," Lady Gaga said on Good Morning America. "I really wanted to be a head to toe representative of what we women and people all over the world need to be concerned about which is the leading cause of death in women all around the world which is HIV."
AIDS awareness? Didn’t Madonna do something a bit like that once…? Just a thought…
Well done Lady Gaga, you make a lovely condom. We just hope your flatmate didn’t find it on the floor the morning after. Ew.
