Katie Prices’ mother Amy Price has spoken out to defend her daughter after the glamour model was interviewed by police over a burn on Princess’ back. The incident has since sparked a new feud between Katie and her ex Peter Andre, but 57-year-old Amy insists that burns are only very minor and that she was looking after Princess when the accident occurred, “I don’t understand why Pete is having a go at Kate,” Amy told The Mirror. “Her sister Sophie and I were the ones with Princess when it happened and I know it was a fluke accident – and just how minor it is. Princess went straight back to playing. She slept soundly without pain and a week later there was barely a mark on her. If Pete wants to take issue with anyone it should be with me and Sophie. He has my number if he wants to talk about it.
