As if having to skate your ass off in front of millions of viewers every Sunday evening isn’t enough of a hassle, but poor Chloe Madeley has taken a bit of a fall on top of it all. But it’s okay, no one panic, she’s absolutely fine by the sounds of it, bar a few bruises, and is planning to be back on the ice tomorrow for the show.
The accident happened while Chloe was practising her routine yesterday at Shepperton Studios and according to a Dancing On Ice spokeman, “Chloe was doing her jeté and instead of landing on her foot flatly she caught her toe pick and crashed on the ice.” Ouch! She’s also is said to have pulled her professional partner Michael Zenezini down with her - but thankfully avoided getting any cuts from his skates. Phew!
Now, we’re no skating experts here, but we’re pretty sure Chloe’s not the first to fall on the ice and a bit of a bruise never hurt anyone in the long run. So we’re pretty confident she’ll be fighting fit in time for tomorrow evening and just to prove it, she tweeted earlier, “Arm still killing, plus I fell on it yesterday pretty badly, but I don't care, I just don't want it to affect routine.”
Well, to be honest after last week's Gardiner versus Barber fireworks, is anyone going to be watching the actual skating? Or will we all be cooking our dinner and running back in to see the judge cast their opinions? We won't lie, we're secretly hoping for another feud but maybe one that doesn't involve Jason being as mean as he was last week!
