McFly's Dougie Poynter has entered rehab, bandmate Tom Fletcher has confirmed.
Dougie, 23, was devastated after his break-up with Frankie Sandford in November and has been trying to get his life back on track.
'Obviously you're all reading rumors about Dougie. Please don't worry. We don't know what the tabloids will say tomorrow but he is in rehab,' Tom Tweets.
'He's just been having a tough time lately and needed a few weeks rest so he's fighting fit and ready to slap that bass for you on tour. X.'
Dougie is reported to have nearly completed a month's stint in the Priory.
'I can reveal the star has spent the past four weeks in the Priory getting his head straight,' says the Sunday Mirror's Dean Piper.
'Dougie, who's been one of my favourite drinking buddies over the years, is now said to be doing well after treatment and is nearly ready to come out and face the music once more.'
Frankie, who is now loved-up with footballer Wayne Bridge, began dating Dougie in January 2009. They split once in March 2010 but got back together before the final break-up at the end of last year.

Dougie's confidence in himself and with the ladies was really knocked.
'I don't think I'm over it yet,' he revealed recently.
'Something like that could take years.
'What makes it worse is getting constant reminders.
'When it's a regular person it's bad enough because you hear their name once in a while, or your mutual friends see them.
'But I see [Frankie] bloody everywhere! In magazines, on the TV, on the radio. It's horrible!'
