Mary Byrne puts Cher Lloyd in her place for 'bullying'

Oh dear, this is not the kind of stories we want to hear about The X Factor house. We want to hear all about how they sat around making daisy-chains, singing Kumbaya and baking cup cakes together. Yes?

Oh who are we kidding, this is exactly what we want to hear - about the spats, the chats and the silliness. And it’s just taken a while for Mary Byrne to give us all the gossip on just how cheeky Cher Lloyd really was in the house.

"She was being a little bit of a missy," recalled Mary. "People were talking about her thinness and she started talking about fat people.”

Eek! That’s a bit harsh isn’t it, Cher? Thankfully Mary was there to keep her in order and ended up advising Cher (in a mum type away) by saying, “You know, every one of us has something wrong with us, there's none of us perfect and you can't keep putting other people down because you're feeling low. That's bullying."

She's right, it is bullying. And it seems Cher thankfully learned a little lesson from it all. In fact, Mary said she later apologised for saying it at all because she knew “she was wrong
