The model was spotted enjoying a wild night out in London this week, partying with a young mystery man until 3.30am.
Her companion has been revealed as Ben Alger, a cameraman on her reality television shows.
The pair frequented three different bars during the raucous night with her close pal Gary Cockerill and other friends.
Ben and Katie then walked hand-in-hand to her car before retiring to the Dorchester hotel in the early hours, the Daily Star reports.
Alger has worked with the 32-year-old since 2009 on her various ITV2 reality shows.
Katie is currently working on a new reality series, Jordan Idol, which will follow her on a search for aspiring models - a departure from her usual fly-on-the-wall style show.
According to the paper, Katie regards him as a 'sort of younger brother' and has grown close to him, but their relationship has blossomed into flirtatious.
As she lounged in the car seat next to him, Ben appeared to admire Katie's provocative outfit.
The model was suitably attired for a wild night, in a daring pair of leopard thigh-high boots.
The 32-year-old wasn't exactly dressed for February weather, teaming her daring boots with a tiny mini skirt that showed off her toned legs.
She added a woolly hooded poncho as she left the 23 Berkeley Street Club in Mayfair in the early hours and held a clashing clutch bag and sunglasses.
Earlier, Katie partied at The Townhouse bar in Soho before heading to west to the Old Brompton Club in Chelsea, then back into the centre.

According to the Sun, the cage fighter journeyed to Stonehenge on the day Katie;s lawyers served him divorce papers to go through a healing ritual with his fighting buddies.
A friend told the paper: 'He went to the stones to find peace and draw energy from the earth.'
The 35-year-old is disputing the payoff sum outlined in the divorce papers - which include a gagging clause - after finding out that Katie intends to award him just £50,000.
Lawyers for Reid say he deserved half of Price's £500,000 earnings during their marriage, which would leave him with £250,000.
The friend added: 'Alex was down in the dumps but feels much stronger now and will not be gagged by Katie. His solicitor has pointed out he is the victim in all of this.'
